I think I got a pretty decent deal since I was one of the first people to preorder it. I ordered it back in Feb. and just got it now. Supposedly I'm the first one to get it in CA according Chris@lanworldinc. Visit lanworldinc.com to see his current pricing, i think its 1800 for a complete piston rifle now. Along with the mrp rifle, it also comes with 3 lmt rail covers, lmt front and rear buis, torque wrench and adapter for the mrp barrel, and a sling.

Old rifle but new parts.
Went through a few changes, after trying out a Redi-Mag this previous weekend I think I might pick one up.

A CMMG lower and LWRC upper

M910, replaced the mount with a LaRue. The blue LED Nav-Lights are very convenient, I find myself using these more often than the main lamp.

Aimpoint M4, 80,000 hours of battery life... Was looking to swap this out for a Micro T-1, but I do dig the M4. LaRue mount for quick-detach and return-to-zero. Daniel defense sling-swivel socket up front, I use a V-Tac 2-Point Quick Adjust sling that seems to be all the rage these days.

Changed my Badger Ordnance Tac Latch Gen I with the Gen II. The Gen I made its way onto my 20" upper, the Gen II is a lower profile and doesn't snag as often as the Gen I did.

I really like this UBR, helps balance out the rifle. Nice to have a stock that doesn't move on the tube, although that was never a huge problem for me. Adjustable cheek-piece is a nice touch and I like the ability to set presets. Also the sling swivel sockets were well thought-out.

Magpul MIAD with small backstrap fits my hand nicely, use the storage compartment to hold a small tube of LaRue MGunners lube and a single AA cell in case the Aimpoint ever goes down. Magpul Rail Ladders to keep sharp things un-sharp.

More pics of the "Issued in CA" rifle. Additions include a PEQ 15. It's cool... esp. through NVG's.

Testing out my new studio, so I figure I take some updated photos of my "self-loading .223" rifle. Sometimes gift cards are a pain in the butt. My buddies got me a Tuner's gift card for my birthday. Well, I walked out paying $400.00 more for that Nikon scope and Leupold rings.
Oh well, I re-fell in love with my rifle ever since......

enjoy,

The studio isn't much, just an empty room with 2 strobes, softbox, back drops, and a tri=pod I would like to move it into a bigger room "like a 30'X30+'" area with a 10+ft ceiling. But this will do for now.

Why are these magpul grips so popular? What am I missing?

lol, just another accessory to spend money on. I've got em!

But, they're adjustable, not that expensive, have storage in the grip, come in different colors, and everybody has them.

plus if you have a magpul stock, the colors match (i hate miss matching colors on a rifle, tango down, magpul, etc have different FDE and OD Greens)

plus they feel nice.

Electricfactory...nice rifle! and i'm jealous of the optics!
