I am not associated with Vendor, but I will mention he is on a FB group I am also on, and lots of individuals have said good things about him and his quick shipping. I have never personally ordered from him, but I see post associated with him quite often and are positive.

My order is in and paid for.

There is a jig inbound shortly to the South Bay (Torrance) area if anyone wants it next.

Thanks for the confirmation. I knew I wasn't crazy because I've been thinking hard about getting in on this and it was the OTD price that really got me thinking. But if it was $649 + tax I wouldn't have contemplated as much.

I just ordered one. Price is $649 OTD confirmed (CA tax included).
Also asked about grip size (Sig has Small Medium and Large) and Chris said he has all three.

Also please put me in line for the jig! I suggest we make an ordered list of member IDs waiting for the jig such that we know who is getting it next.

How many times can the jig be used? I suppose the banging and drilling damage the jig to some extent.

Interested also, question though... Does the vendor offer the slide in Black? Not thrilled with the silver, not a deal breaker though if not.

Right on, thought it was rather odd to see a silver slide.

Yes, unless someone has a cheaper alternative. Probably only going to build this one 80% handgun.

The X-Carry grip module is Med and Large, only. Is the Medium grip module slimmer than the P320 Medium? The pics and videos I've seen seems to be the case, but I can't be sure.

Can anyone shed light on this?

I got word from Chris, the first orders are being packed up for shipment. Everything will ship in the order that it was bought. Only exception is the X5’s which are shipping as he gets them in 1-2 weeks.

As Chris had noted he will be donating a jig for those that didn’t get one. I am working out logistics on that now, I am hoping that I can get some regional volunteers to host/manage the jig in those areas. I can take the inland empire area, but need volunteers in OC, SD, San Francisco etc. PM if you’re willing to help.

Are you planning on using just one jig? It might take a while if everyone needs it. Also will the drill bits last that long?

Not really. He is donating one jig, I had pre-ordered one, and I’m sure several people ordered them as well. There are always those generous calgunners that will offer there’s up. I plan on sharing mine around the IE, and then sending the donated jig somewhere there isn’t one already. It will likely be a hybrid approach.

The jig and bits should last through quite a few frames assuming proper use, but we will likely need to replace bits at some point. I will work on getting a spare set.

Ordered an X5 and an RX compact and paid up. Does that count as two or one? A free jig for calguns lies in the balance!
