Adding a second gun to a DROS
I have an open DROS at an FFL which will hit the 10 day wait at 2:30 PM next Monday, 12/17/2012.
I bought a shotgun from a Calgunner which is being shipped into the state, and I would like to add the second gun to the open DROS. The question I have is the gun will arrive at 12:01 PM on the same date, 12/17/2012. Can this be done or is it too close to the dros close?

Some FFLs might do it, but that does not mean that it is legal. If you ask the CA DOJ they will say that it can not be done. My reading of the CA PC is that it is not legal, there is the issue of the waiting period, as well as the DROS submission. You will find long "discussions" of this topic.
So, you can ask your FFL and see, but don't be surprised if they say no, which is a reasonable answer. If they do it, then it is on the FFL for any problems.

Only your FFL can answer this question. I would do it no problem.
