If that is the same HPR ammunition that is at the Chino Hills store(they had all three cals in stock this evening when I left and the same prices). It is all JHP so last time I checked 50 rounds of Hollow Point at that price is a good deal.

Turners in Norwalk looked like they had a good number of rifles on hand when I was there this afternoon. Not very many pistols but they did have a couple of the RIA 1911's. I got a 10/22 TD I don't know if they had more in stock.

Couple of weeks ago I got some Target 12 gauge and last week was able to pick up some primers. I was excited for those.

Turners in Pasadena looks like a store that's been ravaged on Christmas Eve. A few rifles, a few pistols (mainly .22s), and very scarce ammo (mostly shotgun and obscure calibers).

Unfortunate, but not surprising. When people quit buying, they will quit selling.

Was at Reseda yesterday to DROS a lower but kids couldn't wait. No biggie, but they had .40, .45apc, even a few boxes of Remington .22lr on the shelves. I was shocked at that. Still no AR's, but plenty of bolt action rifles. Did notice some S&W's handguns and Ruger's too.
Looks like things are starting to get a little normal again. |

Went to KM Turner's today and DROSed a Marlin 336w. They have them in the warehouse. They had a Ruger American on display in 30-06 but didn't have a 30-06 Savage Axis. They had a .223 Savage Axis though.
Some Hi-Point handguns and if I remember correctly a subcompact XD in .40. However, the guy in line after me was looking to take his HSC and purchase a .40 so not sure if it's there. Might want to call them to see. No ammo but I heard sales people telling customers that a truck was coming in tomorrow with ammo. However, when I asked the guy helping me what time people started lining up he said around 6am the first people come in and there's a good number of people by 7am. Too early for me. They also said there would probably be some ARs on the truck tomorrow too.

I did pop in there to see if they had any 30-30 and saw plastic containers of .40 S&W reloads (LAX brand?), .45 ACP by Black Hills Ammunition, and 7.62x39 by WPA. No 30-30 but I did pick up two boxes of 7 1/2 bird shot for my Mossy 12 gauge. Gotta have something to shot I guess. (Ended picking up a few boxes of 30-30 at ASC.) Next week I'm going to follow your suggestion and go on ammo day and see if there's more of a selection. I'd like to see 30-30 cheaper than I bought it for.

Went To Turner's SB today they got LWRC M6 A2 in stock starting price $1999 but you have to buy $3-400 worth of accessories...when i asked why they said its because some people buy them and resell for higher. The fella said it applies to assault type rifles, ....can anyone clarify this further?

Why do the Turner's specials have many items saying "Not Available at Reseda" - is this some sort of LA City restriction? Usually they are Ruger LC9, LCR and smaller pistols. Those are all on the roster, so either it is a city thing or they worry about local gang bangers buying them?

Was at Turners, Pasadena. Pretty much nothing in the display cases except a couple RIA 1911's, couple of 22's. Only ammo I saw in stock was Wolf 7.62x 39 at $7.99 for a box of twenty.
They had a West German Sig P226 on consignment, which I handled and DROSed =D |
