Default AR Governor tells State Police 'open carry' is the law...

In Arkansas.

While the law is old, 2013, Gov. Hutchinson re-affirms the right of open carry. Mainly seen a political move as his rival candidate for re-election called him soft on guns.
He writes an open letter to State Police as guidance on interaction with OC'ers

Funny how the term "soft on guns" takes on a different meaning in free states.

Gov. Asa Hutchinson has informed the Arkansas State Police that he believes a 2013 law made open carry of hand guns the law of the land in Arkansas and they should act accordingly.

Interesting that his view differs from the ruling court.
I wish there was a Gov. in CA that would see things this way but it will never happen in anyone's lifetime.

AK, AZ, AR, AL are all excellent states for guns. I do love that "soft on guns" means "not pro-gun enough" in free states.
