Default SWPL Steel Challenge still being held?

I haven't been able to get any current information on the match including trying a query to the contact e-mail.
Is the match still being held on the 4th Saturday?
Sanctioned match with scores reported to SCSA?
How many stages?
Scores posted to PS?
Squadding? - sounds like ad hoc: bring your tablet, download match, start shooting
Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Mike Setting is now hosting SCSA-sanctioned matches at the California Tactical Academy in Piru on the 2nd Saturday of every month. That match has all 8 stages and I believe is run in an open squadding format. More info here: https://californiatacticalacademy.co...hallenge-club/

Usually happens on the 4th Saturday unless there’s a 5th Saturday/Sunday month. If you can’t get a response from the Steel Challenge md, Email the Match director for the uspsa match. He can help you out. http://www.gopherflats.net

We generally go to that match, but having additional options, especially matches on Saturday, is very desirable. Certainly, the range at Piru is the best setup of any club match in CA despite the dusty drive and the march up the arroyo, a bit hard on my DW.

This month has two Piru SC matches, our normal 2nd Saturday match, and the State Championships June 28-30.

It looks just plain beastly and the extra heft up front does help manage recoil a bit better. Plus, an angel told me that when God called JMB to heaven it was to build him a full rail 1911!

My wife and I are near regulars, but something came up on the 8th so we'll miss a Piru match (and a Friday practice). We won't let it happen again. Still nice to have options especially on a fourth weekend. Piru, Soledad, CCPL, 5 Dogs and SLOSA are all either on the second or third weekend. Mariposa is the first weekend but presents logistics issues. SLOSA now has a two-gun match on the first Sunday, but that's the day after I run a match which makes for a long day.

They’re loading scores to practiscore, so it’s still going on.

What's the search term? I've tried several times but haven't been able to find their matches.

I must have been brain dead when I was looking. Tried SWPL just before I saw your post. Thanks.

‘Swpl’ under “all” should bring up the results on Practiscore
