That person is a GSSF Master shooter. Master status is attained by winning 3 performance guns. Nothing to it!

Yeah, that's the discount card. It allows you to buy 1 Glock at GSSF pricing, typically around $410-425 for standard model Glocks. Pro Force in Brea is very familiar with these.

I believe Josh at Alamo pawn quoted me right around $500 out the door with the coupon for a 19. The wait, however, would-be a long time because the 19 has the highest demand.

I got a $50 random . Good for 1 and 2/3rds of an entry for November! The generic prize letter congratulated me on my placement, which I thought was funny.

That sounds about right,

$410 for a G19
Tax
DROS

That being said Gunther Guns down here in Carlsbad usually has Blue Label G19's in stock, might be worth a call.

When I was looking for dealers who accepted GSSF coupons Addax Tactical and Angeles Armory came up in my search.

Yup I've used a coupon at Addax once. Sometimes they have blue lables in stock. Ammo bros stocks some as well. I've use my gssf coupon the most with ammo bros. But this was before when they were only cerritos. Now they have more stores and less specialty. In the past they have been trouble free and fast with gssf purchasing. If it was in stock, the papers were done and 10 days later all is good.

Earlier someone mentioned ProForce, I called them a few years ago and they said GSSF people get upcharged and only 2 mags. Before people get all upset, understand that the GSSF pistol price sheet does say "SUGGESTED PRICING" in all caps. They have inventory so I was interested. But a reduced deal and the far travel took them out of the running for me. Anyone have a different experience with them?

After finding Addax it was easy to just order it. With whatever may have happened my order turned from a couple weeks into a month into three months. But it worked out and they've always been really cool people so I'll give them another shot at blue label ordering. Maybe they'll have something in stock.

I should call over to Angeles Armory and see what they habe going on. Thanks for the heads up!

I've used ProForce (Brea) twice in the past three years. No upcharge/increase that I remember. Did have to wait on the G26 as it was not in stock.
Got three mags with the G19 and two with the 26. They said that was standard procedure-only two mags with subcompacts.
Great experience with them. Will use them again.

$500 out the door??? Where does that come from? A $410 gun plus 8% sales tax of $32.80 and a $25 DROS fee does not equate to $500...

The transaction above would result in a Glock 19 out the door @ $467!!

This is where things get messy. Blue label places dont charge a transfer if they have to order a gun. Alamo is not a blue label dealer (at least to my knowledge) and charges a transfer or if they order you up a gun. Also tax in some places is more. Its 9.5% out here. Works the same with the vouchers (prize guns). Some blue label places won't charge a transfer but dealer will.

GSSF Coupons are only valid at "Blue Label" Dealers. GSSF sells "blue label" guns to FFLs at a discounted price which is why they can be sold less than the "white label" typical retail guns.

GSSF Pistol Certificates (Free Guns) can be redeemed at any FFL, but there is almost always going to be an out of state transfer fee associated.

I have used 2 Blue label coupons in the last 3 years and I have learned a few things. First off, only use with an authorized Glock Blue Label dealer. If you are not sure who is in your area, call Glock and they will get you that info.

Second, if you are not a LEO or 1st responder, then make sure that the shop you use orders you the civilian blue label gun. Blue label guns all include 3 mags, normal Glocks come with 2 mags. LEO guns come with hi cap mags, civilian blue label guns come with 10 round mags.

Use this to help find a nearby blue label dealer: https://us.glock.com/dealer-locator

Thank you. This is a big help.
My last Blue Label was a G26. $425+$35DROS+tax
It came with two mags. Proforce Brea.

Last coupon Glock (random pistol) was a G30SF. Paid $66 + tax for upgrade to G30. FFL transfer fee $75. DROS/Turner's Handling fees $30.
Came with two mags. Not a Blue Label.

Did the box the G26 come in have a blue label? If so, then you got the LEO gun and the shop exchanged the 3 hi cap mags for 2 10 rounders.

So, next time make sure they know to order the civilian blue label model. If the shop tries ANYTHING funny, contact Glock immediately. They take this blue label stuff seriously!

Just took a look at the two boxes. Both have "Blue Labels".

The G26 box label states "2 10RD" while the G19 states "3 15RD".

They told me that the G19 mags had been replaced with 10RD mags-and stated the G26 only came with 2 10RD. Proforce has always treated me well-if a mistake has been made I'm confident it was not on purpose.
Is it your belief that I should've received 3 mags with the G26 as well?
Thanks.

To my knowledge all Glock Blue Labels come with 3 mags. If anyone knows different please chime in here... My new BL 21SF says 3 10 rd mags. My older G19 BL says 3 15 rd mags.... because my dealer messed up and ordered the LEO model. Then they tried to only give me 2 10 rd mags.

I assumed they were then going to sell the hi caps they took out to LEOs. I went straight to Glock and they got me the 3rd magazine. So yes, contact Glock or the regional Glock rep and make sure.

Subcompacts come with 2 mags so the g26 is correct with 2 two mags.

I've used the GSSF discount coupon as well as GSSF free pistol certificate at Addax Tactical. Going to use them for the certificate from last match as well. Nice people too. Didn't seem like there were a lot of places in the Los Angeles area who would accept my GSSF material.

Used my pistol certificate at Evans Gun World in Orange. These guys went out of thier way, pulled a G34 from thier stock and had my winning pistol to my in 10 days.

The Schumacher family is working hard to make this a great range. Please stop in and see the improvement they are making to the range and the updated inventory.

That's awesome! I've heard tales of some FFLs willing to take the free pistol certificates in exchange for pistols that they had in inventory, but I've never found one that was willing to do it.

Did they charge you an upgrade fee for the 34?

Mmm maybe most shops wouldn't do it because it takes 6 months to get the prize gun?

But it is really cool that they did that. It'd be awesomer if they were a blue label dealer where you can redeem your coupons as well.
