Default NRA ByLaw changes

I've used the search function, and haven't seen anything upon this subject.

I've just received yet another ByLaw book when NRA sent my Benefactor membership materials. From my 25 years of my membership, I've never paid much attention to the book received.....though I haven't received but one from when I first became a member, until I decided to go forward from annual membership, to the Life, Endowment, Patron, and Benefactor.

This is what I've noticed from the three (3) books: The ByLaws have been amended:
  • September 17, 2011 (Orange)
  • May 6, 2013 (Orange)
  • September 13, 2014 (Orange)
  • January 10, 2015 (Tan)
  • September 12, 2015 (Tan)
  • January 9, 2016 (Blue)

That is a minimum of six (6) amendments in almost 4 1/2 years. As I regularly read America's First Freedom from cover to cover, I was a bit surprised by this discovery.

I presume that this is a commonplace thing. Does the NRA have a website, other means that has a record of the minutes, or notates the proceedings of the NRA Board of Directors?
