so far none for me no tracking number ,no replay to emails ,them phone is not answering ... just bunch of BS .No respectable company will have service like this .Will file dispute tomorrow .F.. them

Sorry to hear about that, unfortunately many online gun/shooting retailers are the same way right now because of the buying madness... I tried calling several FFL's in my area today with no answer. I"ve been at a few local shops last week and was madness.

Gosh I hate to say something like this but this is what happens when you don't prepare and try to get caught up in a rush. Things get busy and you want it at your speed.

Have you even tried to call them? I have called them all 3 times and they answer and answer my questions with no issues.

Men ,you must know some magic I try call them 7-8 per day at different time ,nobody I almost sure i know what happen why mine and other people orders is delayed ,and probably never will be ship .I don't want to make a stir ,i think seller will explain himself later .At least i hope this situation will work out somehow .

I just got my tracking number tonight 1-3-12 6:00 pm

They are a legit company, just swamped like everybody else in the firearm industry.
Give them some time.

Ordered a raw one last night and there is no longer a Paypal option on the site. Says "call and arrange payment". The invoice I received has a phone number which I'm trying but it may be too early in the day for them to pick up.

I ordered Sunday 12/30. I chose the call and pay, Monday and Tuesday they were closed. Wednesday called at 12 noon. They answered took my payment said they were swamped from the weekend and they would ship it out asap. No problems here.

I just got off the phone with him. I should have a tracking num Tues or Wed (!). They are just busting their butts to get the holiday order backlog taken care of. When I said "I'll keep it brief cuz I am sure the phones are ringing every 7 seconds" he said "No its only every 10".

I also ordered a LPK from him... they really are in stock like their web site says (I have at least another 6 wk wait for the Stag kit I ordered). They are the mfrs. I'll be really interested to see how they do with those.

Seems like Rohg's just extremely busy. I was worried since funds were transferred but no shipping/tracking, but i assumed it was because of the holidays.

Just got mine today. Looks like they attempted to fix that forging seam in the trigger area. I had to clean up with some 320 grit. But I'm happy just to have one after a couple of weeks of searching.

Can anyone refer an engraver and an anodizer in and or around the 909 or 951.

I posted awhile back that my 2 anodized 80% pieces got shipped out right away, and were delivered to me with in a couple of days of my order (I posted pics a couple of pages back). I paid by Paypal and did everything online, never called them.

Tonight I just placed an order for a BCG & CH (only place to have them, so I don't mind paying a little extra for them), and called in to do the payment over the phone. When I called at 8pm, they picked up the phone right away and verified they had the parts in stock, took my payment over the phone, and said it would ship out first thing in the morning and that I'd get a tracking number in my email later tonight. I could hear in the background that they were busy packing lots of stuff up to ship out.

I realize they're really busy, but so far my experiences with them so far have been very positive and their service has been very prompt for me.


EDIT: I received my tracking number by email about 10 min after I posted this. Scheduled delivery is Monday

Just got my 2 in today I'll turn them around for any cal gunner for what I paid for them + shipping. I just got some billets in from my buddy and it affords me to turn these ones. I'll take discreet PayPal, cash or chase quick pay. I only have 2.

Ordered mine the day after Christmas, got tracking # an hour or two later. it arrived a couple days later without issue.

Relax everyone, all these vendors are buried with the buying frenzy. Keep in mind, most AR vendors are small mom and pop shops, not walmart with large call centers. Adjust your expectations accordingly.
