A work in progress. Just received the McMillan stock. Not sure why the barrel seems to be touch the stock on the right side, towards the end of the stock. Hope it's not a problem, maybe I mounted it wrong. All that's really left is optics. Considering either a Leupold Mk4 4.5-14 M5 with front focal plane (waiting on the illuminated model) or possibly a Premier Heritage scope. Haven't decided yet.

Nice rifle!

You should look into reloading, paying ~$30 per 20rds is never fun.

Thanks, everyone who has shot it loves it, my buddy who was a sniper on active duty darn near had an orgasm lol

Oh, I reload for sure. I bought a bunch of Black Hills ammo at first to see what my gun liked, 175gr. since then I've been using the brass, I have about 150 pieces and am currently on my 4th or 5th reload, I'm hoping to get atleast another 4 out of it. I continued to use the boxes to transport the ammo until I bought some of those 100 round plastic containers.

Thanks-
The scope will get a similar treatment once I mount it with an ACD. The rings are too high, a set of lower TPS steel rings are going on. I just threw the scope on for the pic. The scope is the correct one, however, Leupold Mk IV 6 - 20 Mil/Mil Illum.
My rifles get used, they don't sit in a safe, so I guess time will tell on how durable that multicam finish is.

Where is that original quote above from?

My 243 shoots 1/2 moa at 1000 yds and I have the targets to prove it.
I'm sure the gun is cabable of even better groups if it was not for the guy behind the stock as well as the wind.

quick image I just took of my Savage. I just slapped on the Eagle stock pack and a Butler Creek sling. I ordered the Eagle stock pack 2 months ago, and have been waiting for it to come in stock. Looks good though, and feels even better.

That's a KMW Sentinel.
Made by McMillan for KMW.
You can only get them through KMW.
I won it off a prize table.
It would be about $1500 if you had to buy it as it has the PVS22/27 mounting block inletted into it.

It's much nicer than any AICS as far as positional shooting goes.
