This video specifically refers to the due process (or lack thereof) for being placed on a "terrorism" list (do-not-fly?) and then using that list to deny 2A rights.

The video is of Trey Gowdy chastising DHS representative Kelli Burriesci who is attempting to defend the practice

Unfortunately, Mr Gowdy has decided to go back to Private Practice.

He turned down a Judicial appointment, something he had previously
wanted. Senator Lindsey Graham called him up to confirm he had
turned down the appointment, which surprised everybody.

I think Mr Gowdy is just tired of DC and the Swamp that surrounds it,
and he wants to spend time and work with friends that he respects.

I wish him well in this endeavor.

Wow. Great video. I never heard of the battle of athens before. What a great piece of hisory.


I'll pass on some history. On a small farm where I spent summers, there was the Haun's Mill massacre right behind the property. No one knows where the well is where the bodies were deposited. I know where it is. I cannot tell. But great piece of history.
