Sounds like it make a hard push up long valley last night ... there is a lot of fuel in that country. The dozers are gonna work extra hard on this one the next road to the north is Bartlet springs and that area hasn’t burned over in at least 20 years

I just looked at the fire map and it looks like it covers your ranch. Any word if Calfire was able to save your home?

Cal Fire tended to my house and saved it. Both neighbors burnt to the ground.

My place is now moonscape but so far, Iím fortunate. I donít know about my animals.

I work hard spaying for vegetation so Iím flat dirt and the animals are pretty much done feeding the ranch out. All that saved my butt so far.

Thanks for asking Nick

Nice racks are much better. You can grab both sides of the rack to help stabilize while mounting.

Thanks Lew.

I still can’t get in which sucks because of the new store I’m opening up there. I have my licensing, I’m built out and was supposed to bring up tons of merchandise from the other store today. But I got no place to stay.

What REALLY sux is the power has been off for two days now. Fridge and freezer duty will really suck when I finally get back in

Thanks. Just got confirmation everything looks good. Horses were fine but hungry, sheep too, no sign of cattle. The person checking for me couldnít get out back though. Pretty relived.

A friend of mine lost his house today which sucks.

Good to hear you came out okay. We were at Lake Mendocino Sat and the bombers started flying in the afternoon. We didn't know what was going on yet, but figured it wasn't good.

Hopefully this isn't my turn. Waverly fire started this afternoon and already grew to 4,000 ac. Evacuation center setup at my son's old elementary school. http://www.kcra.com/article/crews-ba...ounty/22005144

It's going to be another bad year for fires.

Good to hear you came out of it on the positive side. Saw the smoke as we drove back to CA last Sat. Right after driving through Red Bluff, with a couple active fires.
