Hiredgun, you have a fantastic collection. Many pieces I desire. Which is your favorite to shoot?

I've already posted many of the wheel-guns in the revolver porn thread.

Just to show that I'm not a total revolver bigot, here's a shot of a few bottom-feeders.

Bruce

Top row: Ruger MkII Target 512 & CZ75 P01
Bottom row: Taurus M92C, Colt 1911A1, & IMI Baby Eagle

Grips are the original "Plastic" - the gun was shipped around 1968 and has not been modified in any way. So I guess it's a "Commercial" .45.
It belonged to my youngest son's Grandfather (bought new) who passed about 15 years ago.
My boy was killed by a drunk driver in 2001, he was 19. I kept the .45 and split the rest of his stuff between his brother & sisters.
The .45 gets shot occasionally but is more of an heirloom & semi-retired.

Colt manufactured plastic grips and marketed them as "Coltwood" in the 50's, I think. I can't actually tell if yours are from that era or not...I am still learning the vagueries of Colts...

Sorry to hear about your son - as a new dad myself I can't imagine it...that is just awful.

I don't think there is a dedicated Tanfoglio/EAA picture thread. I'll just stick these in here instead. Just got the C-More today.

Thanks for the nice comments coy! I'm not exactly sure, but I think the outside of the box might have been marked fra-gi-le as well. (reference to a christmas story movie and the leg lamp)
