I ordered a INFI Forsaken Gemini that’s the next one I’m waiting on. I’ll post when I get it.

Let us know what happens with the ZT and post pics. I have a 0450 and it is like a swiss watch... one of the smoothest and sharpest, and I have a lot of Kershaw and ZT's. I like Blurs and Links, but Kershaw's in general don't compete with ZT's - definitely in fit and finish. Typically the premium and better steels are in the ZT line. If comparing please name the exact steels you are comparing on a Leek Vs. a ZT.

I think the Kershaw Leek is most likely going to be 14C28N at the $50 price point. I did see one in CPM-154, with CF scales for $85.

I just sharpened my 0770 (S35VN) to 15 main bevel with 20 micro. It will tear through cardboard like butter and still shave hair when I'm done.

Nice choice. What finish? I think the BIG DC finish is like a bead blast matte. The new Competition is a more polished look but not satin from what I understand.

I have that Forsaken Gemini ordered in Competition Finish and the B8 ordered in BIG DC. Those will make three in INFI for me - one coated. I have a TGLB. Most of my stuff is SR-101 by a huge margin.

I've wasted $15 in worse ways. The knife does need to be sharpened.

2 of my latest, no pics sorry:

Kershaw Launch 4
Benchmade 531

I really like the Benchmade with the Axis lock, nice knife. That said, I still can't stop carrying my Spyderco Cat, I love that little knife.

Yep, you guys in Idaho and VA, etc... I imagine no issues but wearing one here might be problematic - the covert nature of a bill blade. Fixed blades or any blade that looks like something else (keys, pen, etc...) could be a big deal.

Nothing wrong with wearing it around your property... they are all over Amazon for $20-$40. Kits to complete hats you don't have to cut.

FAT Basic 8 came in (HOGB8) - Standard tip, BIG DC finish.
BUSSE's silly naming conventions: Heavy Ordnance Grade basic 8, Busse Industrial Grade Double Cut Finish, hahah.

Bark River Fieldsman, green canvas micarta.

Benchmade Griptillian D2 Mini (Cabela's-only version). OD semi serrated.

The Fieldsman is a nice knife, very attractive. Slick grip though. Have to hold it more like a scalpel with index finger on the spine. Seems well suited to finer work requiring a keen edge. Not bushcraft like my other BR knives.

I've had a full size Griptillian D2 for EDC for about 5 years. Great pocket folder. Holds edge, never sharpened. The Mini is to go in my Ruger 10/22 Takedown pack which will have a few other things to make it a general purpose woods pack. Need a small multi tool and flashlight, maybe a lighter.

ZT0909 is a great knife. I got one a couple months , and it has become my daily carry. Since they are discontinued, it was only $120.

Yeah it has been hard for me not to buy two or three backups as the prices dropped on the discontinued models especially the 0909's but I have more than I can use.

What do you think of the 0620? I'm tempted since it is also discontinued, but as a lefty I don't know if i would like the frame lock.

I have a few cheap Kershaw Emerson designs... but I don't carry wave openers regularly. It is a gimmick to me. A neat one, but I don't want it on my knife all the time. I have some Cold Steel's that open like that too.

So, I would not get one myself but have been tempted because I am sure it is the smoothest Emerson design you could buy and probably the best detent.

I've bought a few in the last month or so;
•Benchmade SOCP with trainer
•Benchmade 535 Bugout
•ESEE Damascus Izula
•ESEE Candiru

I'm working on a Chevron job on a barge and pretty sure my Benchmade 940-1 went overboard

Anyway, here's the Damascus Izula.

After putting a lot of my non-users (new) stuff up for sale, I bought another Regulator, hahah. I sold my Green handle parkerized Regulator and bought a grey handled one. I guess I am addicted to those things. Also have a Forsaken Gemini incoming... and sold my TGLB. Cool story BRO

I have two of them. There's the one in the TIE TAC, and one in a Spec-Ops... and then the regular green coated Tali in a Spec-Ops.

Not selling for low-ball prices but you can offer whatever you want, hahah. Shipping and fees sucks. But some hard to find knives. There's another listing selling a LE for $250 no sheath right now too. The guy I bought yet another regulator from

I think I lowered the price on those once already, but I dunno. I sold like 16 knives in a week or so - maybe I am cured. Hahah.

Nah, I'm gonna leave it alone, my cheapness isn't worth destroying friendships over .

Problem is, I scored a great deal on one a couple of weeks ago, so it skews my value meter.

225 w/ sheath plus an ebay 15% off! Smokin'

I would have bought it, hahah. Good deal. I got the latest regulator for $165... but he had a Rodent5 too, and I could have got both for $300 (2fer discount). Too late now. That Rodent5 is pretty sweet but I told myself I am minimizing and already have a user 511 (basically same blade as the Rodent5 with res-c).
