Went through almost all the posts and didn't find one like mine so I thought I would share. I put the Viridian X5L on it. Absolutely love it! Thinking about lowering the trigger weight but I've only put 200 rounds through it so probably going to wait till 1000+ before any other mods.

Decal Grip. I get mine from PistolGear.com.

It's available in either sandpaper-like finish (which is what I have), or a rubber-texture grip. The sandpaper is thinner, and provides a more-aggressive gripping surface. But it is also harder on clothing if you carry concealed. The rubber is slightly thicker, but is easier on your clothing.

This is what the rubber-texture looks like (on my Glock 23):
