Seconded. You're not the ATF.

Or are you?

Also:
Your last link is a stock. Before you start nannying the sellers, shouldn't you get your facts in order?

didnt see a F/A anywhere on those links , and who is to say they are not pulling the actions after the pics are snapped , likely not , but unless you buy one and get something illegal to turn in to L.E. who knows for sure ...seen dumber stuff on GB like uzi "parts kits" welded up with F/A bolts saying "will cut spot welds before shipping" ....

Hmmm..

I meant firearm not 'full automatic'.

A barreled action is legally a firearm.

And the browning shotgun stock has a receiver attached to it..

Its just not photographed well.

Doesn't mean he won't take it off before he ships it.

You applying to the ATF, DOJ, or something and trying to get together some sort of "look what I found!" portfolio?

not always the case again my 1895 Mauser is a Antique not classified as a firearm , and can sell the barreled receiver without FFL or C&R ... again who is to say what they are selling is illegal unless you receive something illegal, but ya illegal stuff pops up on fleebay all the time, its buyer beware could also be a ATF honeypot .....

Unless you're working for ATFE, it's not your business.

Unless it's being posted for sale on Calguns, it's not Calguns' business.

Mind your own business and let eBay and ATFE mind theirs.
