Amazing class today. Those who didn't attend missed out. ALOT of information for a $50 seminar. Valuable information on "Bugging In" or "Bugging Out".
Guest instructor was Christopher Nyerges. This guy is the real deal. Chris brought in bunch of edible plants, built a Quail trap, performed a quick demo on making rope out of Yucca and showed us several ways to start a fire. http://www.christophernyerges.com/ End of the seminar was an informal "swap meet". Ammo, ammo cans, backpacks, etc. Will spend the rest of the week reviewing the 80 page power point presentation. |

My first seminar with St. Crispian. Lots of great and useful information. Very knowledgeable instructor(s) and humble too. It was kind of refreshing.
I'm looking forward to taking your firearms courses. |

This was a seminar which stimulated thought, suggested possible options and hopefully motivated preparedness for possible scenarios and situations that often get talked about half jokingly on Cal guns. This class by its nature quickly touches upon many various subjects that pertain to "survival" and "preparedness". We talked about historical perspectives, planning, security, movement, defense, "blending in to ur environment" water, food, medical, communication, leadership, likely threats, escape and evasion, adaption to non permissive environments, situational awareness, the limtations of coventional emergency services and much more. Everyone walked away with an 80page PowerPoint on the subject. I also scored some 556 and 9mm ammo from another attendee at prices that are considered a very good deal in today's market.

This was another positive learning experience with Stan. He took his military experience and applied it to real world SHTF scenarios that have already taken place (more than once), and unfortunately, will probably happen again. This seminar provided an important overlay for anyone serious about developing an effective SHTF Plan. We also had the opportunity to hear from Christopher Nyerges, noted author and survival expert. Afterwards, Stan gave us the opportunity to sell and trade items we brought along. A day definitely well spent.

Very informative and interesting. A lot of useful and practical information. This really makes you aware of what you need to do in the event of an emergency...and some. Great interaction among class members and information sharing. I'm glad I took this class so I can pass it on to other family members. Powerpoint is a great reference and a must have. Guest speaker, Christopher Nyerges was an eye opener when it comes to surviving off the land. Looking forward to Stan's next training class.

Took the class and with both eyes wide open and gain some vital information from Stan and the group. Everyone can give me information, but its up to me to make it my own. Having Chris Nyerges going through edible plants around Angeles Shooting Range and primitive fire starting was a great closing!

TASC put on a very informative urban survival class. The info presented clearly showed Stan's background as a Marine officer. I really liked the demo of the quick way to set up a defensive position. A lot of interesting input was given from the attendees as well which only added to the value of the class. All in all, I would recommend this class to anyone interested in emergency planning.
