PPT... got tired waiting "2 more weeks" over three months for the "NRF" thing to happen and I wasn't banking on HK to make the roster without major changes to the LCI on the HK45 .

Purchased from a fellow Calgunner for $1250 a couple months ago I've been searching for since August '08... seen them go from $1150 to $1450... depending on condition and demand... $1300 seems to be the avg price.

Didn't realize there were so many watch/gun guys out there! Here's my contribution - good German steel, not to mention both my first decent watch and first handgun.

My small contribution, not as pretty as most here, but they both get carried/used daily...

Actually, the first thing that comes to mind with the HK45 is that it looks like one of those big mean guns from Tomb Raider

I haven't ventured over from the rifle arena too often, but here are some recent pics of my USP 9MM for the pool. I look forward to picking up a compact .45 soon as well. No, I don't transport the case as shown

Oh, they are 3 deep each. I wanted to design the case to hold this and my future .45, so its thick.

Why not? It's not illegal.

That's a great setup and I like the sleeve/extractor idea.

Thanks, this was shot with a relatively slow lens(3.5-4.5) and a shoot through umbrella with a 430ex. I want to shoot some more with some reflected light and work on shadows some more

Just picked this up last week - H&K P2000 SK .40 SW!

Had to buy 3 original P2000 magazines with and X-Grip extension so that it could fit my big hands Shoots damn fine. Replacing my Beretta 9000s with this as my carry weapon.

Default Its an HK Thing...

I don't remember the exact story behind it, but it has something to do with an HK promo or ad. The ad that was published had a picture of pistol with a loaded magazine and the top round was loaded backwards... or at least thats what I heard. So when the die hard HK people post a pic they usually have the top round loaded backwards.
