Shootm, NICE COLLECTION! I LIKE IT! Who does your custom work. I can see some stock hi cap pistols and maybe some slight mods to them but most are custom. Squared trigger guard, stippling, checkering, extended bevertails and so on. Only thing you may be missing is a Limcat Custom. I LIKE IT! VERY, VERY NICE!

Default Do I Like " 1911 " ?????

The 1911 is my all time favorite. It's the best design ever made. There are so many configurations that you can do with them. No other pistiol can match it.

I was posting photos of guns in the same catagory. Smith revos first then 1911's, later I'll post the single action revolvers, glocks, and then get to the misc. guns like the Beretta, S&W autos, little.380's etc.

You can get the old 210-5, since it has a threaded barrel and Im not gonna be able to get that into the country when I move otoh, Im considering replacing the barrel with a standard 5", so I can bring it. Dont want to leave anything behind, but I can live with just leaving a barrel. Sucked milage to hand in the G3 :/

Possessing the threaded barrel is okay, AFAIK. Just leave it off the gun.

Or maybe try and work out an alternative mounting method, say a roll pin? I'd hate to be drilling into a 210 though.

Correct, the DOJ does not consider constructive posession for so-called "Category 3" AWs (Features Based.)

Default Not much, but these...

I don't have a lot and what I got has to shoot, so these are shooters and they do pretty good. The '43 1911A1 goes with my '44 Garand, and the 1909 is companion to my 1900-mfg. M1898 Krag-Jorgenson.

I don't have any guns newer than 1968.
I kinda like this really flat one, especially for some reason the grips:

It's a S&W 3rdModel Perfected Olympic made in 1913, with the Pope barrel-insert.
