Default I need some stripper clips for SKS

My new (to me) rifle is a Norinco SKS. Just shot it for the first time today and I'm pleased with how it functions. I'd like to try reloading using stripper clips. I've heard that some stripper clips work well and some don't. Can someone tell me where I can buy good quality stripper clips? I only need five or six of them. Thanks for any help!

I have 13 yugo ones I'll sell for $13 shipped. They're sticky and need to be cleaned presumably with gun oil

DON'T get the ebay ones! Likewise the stuff from amazon. They're all junky chinese crap. You'd think that since they have factories which actually made them for the military, they'd sell some that actually work. Nope. Stick with real gun shops which sell Eastern European clips.

Also, there is a technique to loading them, you don't just push them down. Press down on the base (not the middle) of the top cartridge, with your thumb, and with your index finger slightly angle the front of the cartridge upwards. Thus when you push down, the rim of the top cartridge ( the part that's held inside the clip) is the part that's doing the pushing.

edit: Here's a discussion from last year. The technique I'm describing is in post 17. Observant viewers will note that he has a NEW production SKS for the domestic Russian market.

Thank you. Yes, I've heard that some stripper clips are no good. Just need a few high quality ones. Probably gonna get some from this post - a big thank you to other Calguns SKS owners!
