Good job BigDave. That is how my next one is going to look. I have been wondering about the detachable carry handle/sight and it's accuracy, vs a flip up. I have a Troy rear flip up on one, but I like the carry handle. Was wondering if there is any difference in stability etc.

Oh, lame DAVID! We were shooting together and you have to post right below me with the pictures showing up (instead of links) so that nobody sees mine or has time to comment on them!

Whatever, it's all good. I think I'll bring my AR and come early tomorrow.

Here, I'll make them pictures!

Let's see the specs...

Varminter:
High Standard Lower Receiver
RRA 2-Stage National Match Trigger and Internals
Rock River Arms flat top upper
RRA Aluminum Free Float Tube
RRA 20" Stainless Heavy Barrel (1:8 Twist)
Harris 6-9" Bipod
Magpull PRS stock
Hogue Pistol Grip
Leupold VX-I 3-9x40 Scope w/ Quick Release mounts
B-15 Bullet Button

SHTF:
High Standard Lower Receiver
RRA Standard Lower Parts Kit
Bushmaster 16" Heavy Carbine Upper Receiver (1:9 Twist)
RRA CAA Retractable stock
B-15 Bullet Button

I think that covers it, but I feel like I am forgetting something.

OSOD,

Looking good. What are the specs of the two AR's?

They look so good as to not deserve Wolf ammo!

Added the specs to the pictures. There is no need to leave them down here.

Updated my carbine. Normally my 551 would be installed, but I sent it off (with a mount, of course) to a buddy who just deployed to Iraq. He got issued an M16A2, had to get him something to keep him competitive

Yes, it's a 10/30 mag, with a maglock.

Here are some pics of my CMMG OLL with the ADDAX GPU Combat Carbine Lite Gas Piston Upper that I will be releasing very soon.

She is also equipped with a Leupold CQT and ARMS Mount, plus MI flip up BUIS, Daniel Defense Lite Rail, YHM Diamond Flute Barrel, YHM Comp, and Magpul UBR Stock.

I have just over 2800 rounds logged on this rifle with no issues or jams.

That's the new build. Just going to add an optic that I'm still thinking about.

I'll be going up to LARGC Thursday just after 2 in the afternoon to try it out. I'll try for Saturday too, don't know because it's a long weekend.

I'd like to hear about your build ideas ...
