Unhappy Fairfield Pawn is closing and moving to Oregon...

So I just got a phone call from Matt at Fairfield Pawn regarding my latest FFL transfer. He told me they are now closed on Saturday because they will be closing soon and moving to Oregon...

Fairfield Pawn was the cheapest FFL transfer spot in the Bay Area and now they will be closing their door soon..

Man.. This really sucked and I can hear Matt's frustration over the phone too.

Noooo! Matt is the man. It was always a pleasure ordering guns off Gun Genie and going through his shop. As Oni said, not the first and won't be the last.

I just asked him earlier last week and he still didn't have a date. He's for sure leaving though, he made that clear.

I understand from some friends in CA that many business ventures, not just guns shops might close.

Default FF Pawn

Matt was the cheapest and only FFL in town. This state will eventually make it difficult to do business. Friend of mine was a gunsmith and FFL from S. Cali. State made it more difficult, Now runs his business in Northern Idaho and Business growing....
