They are supposed to be easier to upgrade because the barrel is easier to remove. also supposed to have a better trigger. But thats all a matter of opinion.

I like that gun metal/black/gold color combo you got there! Getting a BuckMark is in my future!

Here's mine, I absolutely love this gun. Buckmark Plus Stainless UDX fitted with a Tactical Solutions integral rail and an Ultra Dot L/T. I decided to move the optic further back on the rail so I could access the front screw without having to remove it. Even with blue Loctite, the front screw comes loose after a single range trip.

jpopfan. Good taste! BTW: If you want to keep the front screw from coming loose, make sure to clean the hole out with some 99% rubbing alcohol before you put the loctite on.

WhiteHot, thanks for the tip, I gave it a good cleaning and reset the screw with loctite. I'll know after next week's range trip if it did the trick or not.

TonyM, great looking setup. I'm beginning to like the short barrel + compensator combination. I take it the comp is pinned in place? Will TacSol do that prior to shipment or did you have to arrange to have it done?

Hey TonyM that is one of the nicest buckmarks I've seen. What model is it?

Thanks.

It started out as my "cheap gun", for my wife to shoot. I got hooked on it and had to upgrade it. It was a Camper model with a 5.5" barrel. Then I spent about 2x what the gun cost on the Tactical solutions Parts (barrel, compensator/brake, grips, rail with rear sight) and the Docter Optic and mount. Well, there went the idea of a "cheap gun".

Now my wife's "cheap gun" is a Glock 19.

Have had this for some time. Love shooting it. Almost always with me at the pistol range.

Started out as a Buckmark Standard, Pre-Mag Disconnect. Factory barrel actually has zero rounds through it.

Mods from new on:

- Tactical Solution Trail-Lite Matte Black 7.25" Bull Barrel
- Tactical Solution Original Aluminum Grips - Matte Black
- Hi-Viz Fiber Optic front sight
- "Heggis Flip" Spring Flip
- Factory Browning Target Trigger w/ over travel stop screw

My Favorite of all: "THE ULTIMATE CLIPLOADER"
* Had this from day one, so been spoiled with loading .22lr Buckmark magazines. This thing is Freaking Awesome !!!

TonyM - Your Buck Mark reminds me alot of my Ruger Standard. Nice and clean.

Here's a pic of my Buck Mark URX Standard 5.5". In my opinion, right out of the box, Optics are the only thing needed, for me. I couldn't visualize which would look best, now with this thread, I've got a few ideas.

Hey Tony,

How did you permanently install the muzzle brake? I've been weighing my options on the best method.

Just Started the DROS on mine today, pics coming soon. I had to order it off the net without even handling one first, it was even nicer in hand than I suspected. I have a feeling it's going to be a great little 22.

I'm a TonyM poser, I was inspired too after seeing his Buckmark...and well:

I was going to return it after I put it on and didn't know if the reduced weight was going to factor in on accuracy...but I couldn't...and nobody wanted to buy so I decided to keep it and I shot it yesterday. Pretty accurate!
