Lightbulb Please recommend CCW holster for S&W Model 296

Please recommend CCW holster for S&W Model 296.

Feel free to recommend IWB or OWB, any make, model, or material.

Give rationale as you see fit.

Thanks to all.

Happy New Year.

No experience with your revolver but great satisfaction with the Crossbreed Supertuck IWB holsters with various pistols. I see no reason why your revolver would be different. Second choice would be the CTac MTac IWB. The Crossbreed has a bit more leather to buffer between your skin and the butt of the gun. If you always have a t-shirt under the holster, no advantage either way. Both companies offer excellent customer service.

Another recommendation for a Crossbreed Supertuck IWB. I have carried my XDSC9 for about 5yrs. in one. Mark, the owner is an excellent person to due business with and has a quality product.

There are a lot of people on xdtalk.com who have bought them and he just recently became the owner of the site over there. Good people, good product.

TT Gun Leather High Rise pancake holster $90, ask for Tim. You can also upgrade the trim insert with other exotic materials (ie. Shark, Ostrich, Croc, Frogskin) for $20.

A Fellow Calgunner recommended Andrews Custom Leather, they have some nice ones also. Suede lined.
