Default Arizona CCW App question

Where is the best place to get the live scan and fingerprint card done in Riverside CA.

I have called around and people seem to be confused. I explain that I need the live scan and card done for out of state CCW and some people say they do the live scan but not the card.

Itís my understanding that the card goes into the live scan machine. I even had riverside sheriffs say they donít do out of state live scans. That does not make sense to me.

From my understanding they didn't accept Livescan on their application.

Go get the fingerprint cards. You'll need two. Other stuff is trivial.

Default Arizona CCW App question

No live scan needed. You need to send two standard completed fingerprint cards only.

Arizona transmits them them in high resolution to the FBI.

Arizona will send you a package with the cards included.

Like others have said, no live scan needed.

I went to the local UPS store and they rolled the prints for me. Arizona send their cards in the packet

AZ sends the cards in the app package.

Your local PD should be able to do this. Call and make an appointment.

You can go to the Riverside Sheriff’s offices in downtown off of Lemon St. They charge 10.00 a card. Best option to have it done right and certified stamped by the Sheriffs office.
