Default Had a very nice experience with Bushnell service

I had a Bushnell rifle scope for many, many years, late 70s if i recall.... it was a Bushnell Banner 4-12x with a made in Japan sticker still on it. It served me well for all these years.

Well, the scope finally gave up its ghost, the adjustments got very gritty, they would grind and skip.

I sent it in for repair and unfortunately it was noted to be obsolete with no parts available, so not repairable.

I spoke with Ken, one of the customer service specialists this morning, and he was kind enough to afford me at a very significant discount a new scope, didn't even charge me shipping.

I thought that was really nice customer service.

I settled on a Bushnell Engage variable power scope 6-18x50, 1 inch tube so it should fit the rings i already had. I thought the MOA reticle looked very suitable for target shooting and came with a nice side mounted adjustable parallax feature . Hope to receive it in a week or so.

Just thought i'd share a positive experience.
