When a gun is this easy to detail strip, I guess it just becomes habit for some. Besides, IMO, there's nothing like a well scrubbed/sufficiently-oiled pistol. Yes, EVEN a GLOCK!!!!
Most of mine don't get cleaned nearly as often as they should, though! Someday.............when I have LOTS of time, I'm going to go through ALL my pistols; then rifles, & clean 'em. Been sayin' that for about 1-2 years, now.

Both in my post are mine.

That's another G29 by the way........................in case anyone was interested in the pistol.

Why not? It gets put in line to be cleaned just like all my other pistols. Just cuz it's a gun made of melted barbie parts doesn't mean it should be neglected either.

That sure is a nice looking frame on that pistol and the Glock is pretty nice too.

I wish my girlfriend would get interested in the shooting sports. She won't even hold my Glock 22, unfortunately I do not have a camera to take any pictures of it at the moment.

You guys..are really too much... I love my guns too. However, there is one dear to my heart that is my last line of defense. The honor goes to this old baby.....Zemperfi's G26 with Black talon ammunition. (bought 2 cases of the stuff in 1998)

Extended slide and barrel release....trigger work....done....Crimson Trace Laser.

Goes well with my matching G17 G19 all 1st generations...

Just FYI, "SF" stand for "Short Frame" not "Slim Frame".

Interestingly enough, this particular pistol sports an ambidextrous mag release, which means it is not on the list. Must be one of the early pistols that sneaked into the state.

Nothing fancy here. Just a 1st generation Glock 23 that I bought back in 1993.

Well, Im proud to finally be able to post my own in this thread. Turned 21 in the beginning of May, and picked up this bad boy. Only mods are an extended slide release and plug. I also got a TLR-1 for it, but didnt remember to put it on when I took the pics of it.

Its a great little shooter, and a great first handgun!
