Default Large pin colt upper to small hole KD lower?

Got a friend over here who wants to go shooting in CA with a friend. Well lol. he was all ready to bring his COLT Sporter to CA!!!!!!

Yeikes! I told him that it was an AW in CA and the guy had no idea! So I offered to lend him one of my BB KD lowers with 10 round mag, but he has the colt 20" Big pivot pin uppers.
Is there an adapter we can order? The only adapters I see are to use a small hole upper on a large hole lower, but not the other way.

That's what I was going to ask next. I thought the LE models were "milspec". The sporters were the ones with the goofy modifications from Colt.

Ok soooo yeah this is a OLD thread.... But I am sooo not into machining a deal for my newest build... I have a old SP1 kit and I just built a 80% lower for it (cut the fencing and cleaned up all the other little deals to make the new style lower appear to be a original SP1 lower... BUt the only issue is I want to use a bolt together pin like the original...

I can make a bushing to fit the upper and make it a small pin upper but I do not have the detent anymore (on purpose) thinking about cutting apart the original pin and using the threaded screw and making the pin the other screw... Anyway Someone has to make a oldschool looking deal so I do not have to make this?? Thanks anyone who has better search foo than me...
