The DOJ does not care where you live as far as the DROS goes. They just care that you not lie on the form and during an audit they care that if your address on your 4473 does not match your addresses on your ID and/or proof of resience.
I am not sure how the DOJ would know you were lieing if you said you lived in the same house you have lived in for 20+ years, but don't do it!
