Still haven't received a refund at the one week mark. I live 30 minutes away.

Sorry for the late update. Cody and Inoh haven't gotten their refunds mailed out yet. I screwed up and switched the names. Will all be fixed by Tuesday. They already have tracking info. Nothing else to report. More to come Friday.

I'm going to go out on a limb here and say that nobody gives a flying f**k if you mixed up names or not... the big question of the moment is why were refunds sent out of order when they didn't need to be? Secondary unanswered question that you like to avoid is where did the money go in the first place?
See you in a week to ten days, I guess...

That means you'll get your refund in 6 years after 14 other people

Sorry for missing last Friday, but nothing new to report then. I have some ebay items ending in 5 days that will be used for 1-2 refunds. Next Friday is also the big payday which should be good for a refund or two. Also on the good news front I picked up a part-time stocking job at a local big box store starting Wednesday which will be going 100% to refunds.

For a fourth time I'm requesting an answer as to why I, first in line for refunds, was skipped?

Also please respond to my PM requesting your current mailing address. Earlier you stated that's all it would take, but it's been weeks and I don't have the information I requested.

Hey Jason

I sent you a pm a while ago requesting that my status be changed from waiting for next GB to full refund, did you get it? Also, which members are next in line for refunds.

Was anyone able to get his physical address? I've asked for it and have gotten no response. I don't think any progress is being made and I don't believe any of us are getting our money back.

It's been two weeks since this big talk and nobody's heard anything. Remarkable. It's been a month since a refund was sent out and even then he apparently screwed it up - did everybody actually get their checks then?

I guess I will never do a GB (getting into one or running one again) I know it's a pain in the ***** but I took the hit when I ordered 16lb of the wrong power :-(

Alright,

Getting B. Wong taken care of as we speak. Sorry for the lull in communication, but I have been working the overnight shift and it's always rough getting use to. More to follow this week.

After this debacle and the whole Gunpal thing... I just don't get how the mods keep protecting the guys who do this. This is as blatantly fraud as the Gpal case was.

This is all on 'The Expertish', nothing to do with the mods - same with the Gunpal situation.

This guy has been paying a couple of people back, awfully slow, but refunds are being issued. I don't have all of the history, and there are several rumors, but he hasn't gone full AWOL yet.

Mods have never once supported him so please don't hold them liable for one members discretion.

There's a long, long history of the mods deleting posts out of these threads - often 10-20 at a time. If you subscribe to the thread you can see all kinds of stuff that doesn't last long.

Yes it is.
This has gone on for far too long and the updates have been either slow or non-existent.

I would like to see an updated list and a timeline of when payments are expected to be made.
Times may well be tough for you Expertish but they are just as tough for others, and they gave you money. You need to make this right as promptly as possible.

What protection are you seeing?
The part where participation in this thread is limited to those involved and are owed money?
Exactly what is it you think opening the thread up to a general dogpile is going to do? What benefit do you see to that?
Do you really think it's going to do anything beyond adding more noise, more vitriol and less viable information on a subject already lacking in information?

Yes there is, 11 this time since people seem to think they are exempt from the posted warning.
They are not and some have lost access to the General Guns forum because of it.

So, to summarize.
If you're involved feel free to discuss, ask questions and share information.
If not I would advise that you stay out of it unless you wish to be kept out of it.
Expertish, resume weekly updates, who is being paid, when and a brief description of what you are doing in order to be able to pay these people back.
You took their money in good faith, not only do you owe them their money you owe it to them to be as forthcoming and frequent with information as possible.

I would like to be on the refund list. I don't think I'll wait for the second gun buy.
