I love exerything about it. Some people hate that forend. The forend fits my hand so perfectly on both sides. Notice how far back I can comfortly hold it. And when you quickly grab for it your hand just slides into place,no hangups or snags. The Mag holds 8 so that's going to be great for using the 4X4 shell holders (8 shells in a holder as big as your palm) for reloading. So I found out the mag tip I have is recessed to hold a bayonet!?*
Should I get one, or just weld a holesaw to that tip?
This will be used for Home Defence and Targets. I want something on the front that I could ram into walls, doors, heads, or hit the ground and not damage the barrel. Also thinking of a light and I found the cleanest tightest to the barrel clamp made by ; CDMGear.com. It's the MOD-C and the FAB 1" defence speedlight makes a perfect fit. Best clamps I've seen anywhere.
I'm going to put the Supercell pad on the butt , why beat myself up?
Well that's my baby, I think I'll go dry practice. I feel like a kid on X-Mas.
whats up with that tree? looks more dangerous than the shotgun -_- jk

Other than trying to find a shorter stock, I'm done with this thing. Time to just start blasting.

Here is mine. Very basic and 100% functional. Set up to be wielded and used efficiently. Not an accessory laden boat anchor that looks bichin' but is actually too heavy to actually use for anything other than photo shoots.

I believe those are the LPA sights that come standard on the SPX. You can find a lot of discussion on them. It'll run upwards of $200 just for the sights.

My two Remingtons. One 870, and one 1100. Both are 12 gauge, and both are Wingmasters. The 870 is in pristine condition, while the 1100 is a little hammered but still in great shape for hunting. I'm also working on another older 870 Wingmaster that was badly brutalized by it's previous owner, this one will be my primary HD gun (simple build, no tacticool stuff).

My Revelation 810A 12 gauge (1970's Mossberg 500) I rebuilt. Also, new Beretta Extreme A400 Optifade Marsh.
The Revelation 810 has the OD green Hogue furniture, a magpul rail I added to the the foreend with a flashlight. When at home, it has the short Mossberg barrel. It was a very rusted pawn shop gun with almost no bluing left on it and in need of some new parts in the action which I got cheap off of gunbroker. I still have the original longer C-lecta choke barrel it came with which I re-blued as well. Stripped the grill paint off the receiver and mirror polished it. Added one of those built it yourself slings to it. It cleaned up nicely.
The new Beretta A400 just has the larger bolt handle added, which is about the only thing I think this gun needed because its a very nice piece right from the factory.

Purchasing this sweet shotgun. Took it out to do some trap shooting. Love it.
