Default Great service at signal hill just picked up RIA 1911

1)Very reasonable wait time (10Mins)
2)Signed couple times
3)Checked the turners safety sheet
4)Finalized purchase at the register
5)Out in less than 30 mins

*Just here to balance out the negative comments I always read about turners.
Do not judge turners by the comments made. make your own decisions!

As an employee at the Signal Hill store I would like to thank you for your kind words. As anyone who has been thru the transition process of installing a new computer system they know what a Bit*h it is to do. We have experienced much higher then normal sales traffic that and the number of customers had us overwhelmed for a few days. To any person who comes into the Signal Hill Store and is unhappy with the service Please do not leave Mad !!!! If you are unhappy with the treatment you getting from your salesman, LET HIM Know. If he is unable to solve the problem let a manager know we have let you down or you have a problem. I don't know of anyone in that store that want a customer to leave unhappy. We can't improve without knowing where we have let you down.

Welcome to CG! I was wondering if you work for Turner's based on your other posts until I saw this one...

It's good to see merchants have interest in what their customers are saying.

Some of them pay big bucks to get feedback from their customers...
