Default Sig 716 photos needed

Okay, so I just bought my Sig 716 (in jail until next week). She is my first rifle, so I'm curious as to what others have done to theirs. Do most people who have AR-10's use bi-pods? Scopes or Red dots? forward grips? I'd love to see some photos of some modded up 716.

I didn't know the 716s were actually shipping. Make sure to give a range report.

Honestly, configuration is the same as any AR: figure out what you want to do with it, then pick the loadout that helps accomplish that the most. What I have on my AR308 isn't helpful to you at all, because mine's a honkin 14 pound precision rifle. *shrugs*

Mine is also in jail. Yes they are shipping but only in pairs as it seems. And you have to be on the wait list to get one at least for now.

Guess, I got lucky ... I walked into City Arms East looking for a 516, which they didn't have. Saw the 716 and they told me it wouldn't be around for very long. I saw that the price was $500 less than a previous shop I had stop by earlier which also had a 716 so I went for it.

I still want a 516 ... maybe in the future.

How much did you pay for your 716 if you don't mind me asking. The 516 is an excellent piston AR as well and has gotten great reviews.

Well, as a repeat customer (I've bought several pistols) ... I paided just alittle bit more than what I've seen the 516 going for in my area.

^^^ very nice! I like the side rail covers ... I'm on the fence about getting a bi-pod.

I just ordered my first upgrade ... EOTech HHS-II (EXPS2-2 with G33 Magnifier)
