I placed an order and have yet to receive it. However, I am already wanting to purchase another one. Must... stop.... the... addiction...

When people get their knives, will you be doing another group buy? That way I can play with the new one while I have another on order.

Hi Guys spoke with Jodi at Esee knives today they are sending me an invoice and shipping directly to me this week. I believe they are shipping the knives and gear UPS from rowen..

On a side note I am in talks with Esee knives to design & develop a product with them. I will post some pics of the prototypes this evening...

Really really like that kit.

But it looks a little small for an ESEE-5... guess I'll need a smaller one

BTW: Please tell me that these are not shipping FedEx

I'm having a horrible problem with FedEx. Right now, I'm on my 3th day on a package that shipped from less than 5 miles from here.
Tracking? Two instances of "Customer not available or business closed"

Bulls**t.

The driver isn't even pulling onto our STREET within an hour of the time noted... and this is a regular event with FedEx. Over 75% of the time, I have to wait until after their third delivery attempt, then have them hold it for pickup at their facility 15 miles from here and my wife has to go and get it.

I received an email with a Priority Mail tracking number on Thursday, and an ETA of tomorrow. I'm not concerned, he's been sending them out as fast as he can, and now it's on USPS, Fed-Ex and UPS to carry them the last mile.

WOOHOO!!!!!!!!!

http://www.calguns.net/calgunforum/s...d.php?t=468381

http://www.calguns.net/calgunforum/s...&postcount=603

Got the pocket for the sheath, came with the tin (same size as an Altoids tin).
My fire steel and magnesium block fit perfectly.
I can BARELY fit the compass on top of the magnesium block. The lid doesn't snap shut, but it still fits in the pocket on the sheath.

This thing is a heavy beast of a blade!

This was a group buy that closed in August.
Pricing was pretty close to dealer cost.
Check with Coop to see if he will host another GB in the future. Seeing the quality of this beast, I wouldn't mind picking up another.
