Default 1851 Navy US Marshall Black powder Revolver/ Marlin 1895 lever/ a real nice S&W Sac.

I know this is an old thread, but it got lockup in cyberspace jail because I blew the 24 hour bump thing ... Sorry about that... So lets try again.
You'll have to scroll down to see all the guns...
There is also a real nice 5" SS S&W model 60 about 24 post down....

Traditions 1851 Navy US Marshall Black powder Revolver Old Silver Frame - Walnut Grip - .44 caliber - 5" octagonal Old Silver barrel. The 1851 U.S. Marshall .44 cal Revolver was used by the U.S. marshal’s in 1851… This fine reproduction of the Colt captures the original design. The authenticity is precise, from walnut grips to Old Silver frame, and original engraving.

For those of you who get a sportsman catalog you will have noticed that the same gun in there was $500.00... They had a little nice grips but then with mine you're receiving everything to get you started...

I bought this thinking that I would get into Cap & Ball shooting… I bought two extra cylinders so I could load up 18 rounds at home and then go to the range… If after the 18 rounds I wanted to keep going I would have to load up at the range… Well…. It never happened and now I have lost the interest.
This is a great way to get started if you have been thinking about it… You have everything you will need…Comes with everything you see in the first picture... $485.00 Thanks for looking… Scan down to see the other two I have for sale...

Dude, thats a lot of bumps! Been for sale for about a month now, maybe time to consider a price reduction or some other incentive to get someone interested? Just a thought.

Black powder guns that are engraved are hard to come by and good engraving costs a small fortune. I have a number of black powder pistols in the closet and this is one of the nicest I have seen in a while. We won't talk about what ny engraved italian one cost me years ago without extra cylinders. price seems fair.

Since you are in the Sacramento area, have you taken it out to the range near Ione where they do black powder shows and see if anyone out there is interested in it? It is right off Ione road near highway 16. There is a range next to it. Good luck

Nice pistol, you may have better luck selling it by breaking up the set and selling it by the piece. Nice revolver but difficult to change the cylinder quickly since you have to take the whole gun apart. The Remington 1858 has a pin holding the cylinder in place and it just pops out by removing the pin.

Give it another chance, it can be a relaxing and leisure day at the range using ball and cap. One makes every shot count with this since it takes so long to reload. Can't be in a rush.

Default WTS Model 1895 Cowboy in a 45/70 With octagon barrel... scope and 500 rds of ammo

Marlin Model 1895 Cowboy in a 45/70 a Ncstar 3-9X40E scope with see through scope rings
For top performance in those tough long-range events, the Model 1895 Cowboy is a must for Cowboy Action Shooters. It's also an ideal big game rifle for hunters who appreciate the nostalgia of 19th Century-style firearms. This authentically Old Western-styled 45/70 features a 26" tapered octagon barrel with deep-cut Ballard-type rifling, 9-shot tubular magazine, adjustable Marble semi-buckhorn rear and Marble carbine front sight. The American black walnut stock has a straight-grip, a hard rubber butt plate and a blued steel fore-end cap. To accommodate tang sight installation, the serial number is located on the left side of the receiver.

I use to have the real McCoy on this; the Winchester 1895 in a 45 70, but I couldn't justify having $5000.00 tide up in one rifle, but I loved shooting it; so I sold the puppy and I went out and bought this…. I didn’t get to the range like I would have like too with this one so that’s why I need to sell it… If you have never shot a 45 70 you’re in for a treat… Sometimes you can see the slug going down range… The slug is so big… It’s way cool…

This rifle has only 20 rounds through her from sighting in the scope and is in pristine condition. Comes with the box for the rifle and a box for the scope… Scope is a Ncstar 3-9X40E and has 11 settings for lighted cross-hairs for dusk and dawn shooting… Also comes with 500 rounds of ammo 60 being cowboy and the rest America ammo… America ammo is said to be the most under rated ammo on the market…{I agree} As most of you might know the ammo for this rifle is not cheap, so 500 rounds should keep you busy for a while…

Ammo only for sale with the rifle… The scope is not a big ticket item and the rifle goes for around $700.00 new but the ammo is the kicker in this… They can run anywhere from a buck fifty a round to $3.00’s a round depending on who’s president at the time… I need to get $1450.00 for all of this... This drops the ammo down to about 1.50 cents a round... It doesn't get much better then this....Thanks for looking … Noel sattva@att.net

If you ever change your mind is love to buy some of your ammo separately. Good luck with the sale. Love these guns, have an SBL on order.

Default Back up for grabs 5” stainless steel, model 60, Smith and Wesson, J frame, Sacramento

FOR SALE OR TRADE

Ism115 bailed on me so she's is back up for grabs!
5” stainless steel, model 60, Smith and Wesson, J frame, 357/38 with 12 speed loaders, Crimson laser grips, black basket weave belt and holster… This gun has the normal hairline scratches, but there is no flaw on the front of the barrel that appears in the pictures… Old camera what can I say… The Smith and Wesson, J frames are great revolvers from small to medium hands... With the laser on this one and loaded with 38 specials it makes for a great home defense weapon... The ladies will love it also! Then load her up at the range with the 357 mag and she is a great shooter... Very accurate... There maybe up to 200 rounds down her pipe... I hate to sell her but I have to replace the money that I spent for the Nitehawg I just bought off 1911 Operator... $950.00 in the Sacramento area… Thanks for looking...
