It's probably not Rostered since TALO probably got a custom model name or screwed up by using a different SKU number even though changes to grips/sights on otherwise identical guns does not change Rostering status.

It's small enough production it might not get Rostered.

I went to the Ruger site and they have 4 1/2" barrel one that looks a little similar, but it is a stainless steel model with cocobolo grips. It is on the roster here. Talo is a separate company that evidently takes different guns from manufacturers and customizes them.

I didn't notice that gun on the list.

I have the full size hunter and it's a lot of fun to shoot. I'd think the stainless would hold up better than the all black, but it does look good.

That's the nicest MKIII I've ever seen. If it's just the grips you're after, you can buy them aftermarket.

I'm after the blued 4.5" fluted barrel pistol with the wrap around grips and those are only the TALO Special Edition.
I already purchased the same grips from the same company who makes them for TALO and I installed them on my full size SS MKIII 6-7/8" fluted barrel. They are exactly the same style and design grips but they sell them without the laser engraved logo of the Ruger Eagle.

Thanks for the link!

That Talo gun would be cool in that finish with the 6 7/8" fluted barrel. Then I could buy one and switch the upper with the Stainless version and have two two tones of the same type.

I won one of those Stainless uppers fluted etc... and on... blah blah on GunBroker and the puke wouldn't ship it to me because othe CFLC. After everthing.. was done and sale/auction was over... The dude really needed to have his *** handed to him... A real puke... Seeing the one above reminded me of the whole affair and just really got me pissed all over again...
Told me that he was just gonna keep in then but I didn't believe that either..
I think it was partly that I won the auction for such a low price.. It was only about a buck thirty that I got it for... Man what a deal. It was brand new never fired it. Had a Tactical upper installed and just put the other upper to the side... Damn it anyway... Oh well...

Where are you guys seeing those nice grips with the thumb rest on the web site for the mark III? It looks like all of the ones designed like that are for the Mark II.

You can purchase same design for either pistol. Just call them and let them know is for a Ruger MKIII

All TALO Edition pistols (with "very cool grips") are not listed in the CA Gun Roster, including the 60th Anniv model 10136.
