For new applicants; DOJ fingerprint processing fee- $32, FBI fingerprint processing fee- $19, and Live Scan Operator's (rolling) fee- varies most $15-20. Paid to Live Scan Operator

Plus, $22 COE application fee mailed with form, new or renewal.
