So my Mini-14 just bent the crap out of a center punch when I tried to tap out the roll pin. Let it soak in Kroil all night and it didn't budge. I knew when I got that set at the hardware store for $20 that something wasn't going to go right. What's the strongest punch out there?

Thanks for the tips guys. I'll use these as my beater/loaner set and get a good one. I'm putting a cheapo NcStar muzzle brake on my Mini-14. I ended up taking a lighter to the front sight base and heating it up for about 45 seconds and gave it one more try. Success! Sort of... Supposedly this brake is for the 580 series which my Ranch model is but the slots on the brake for the pin are about 2mm to far fwd so are out of alignment when brake is seated all the way back. Think I'll just use the stock pin and get 3 holes drilled/tapped in the bottom like this guy at the perfectunion site
