Welcome to Task Force Mountain Warrior.
You have no idea how pleased we are that the run-off isn't happening. The standing joke over here is that we should have helped Karzai rig the first vote properly, that way there wouldn't have been the whole run-off thing and all the assigned paperwork that goes with it. Still 80 degrees daytime here in Methar-Lam, we had a BBQ on Halloween. (I considered dressing as a civilian). I am surprised, I had expected the weather to be at least 'miserable' by now, if not downright cold. Lots of fun with IEDs, though, we've lost about eight trucks in two months. NTM
