Last night was a big fat juicy T-Bone steak, done medium-rare. Served it up with a big pile of mashed potatoes. Had a nice glass of Zin to go along with it.

Steak and potatoes, a fine glass of red wine, life was good!

Well tonight is a creation called Polska Rice bake. Totally unhealthy but oh so good every once in a while. Last night was turkey tacos so left overs tomorrow night of those and the Polska bake will be devoured by my daughter tomorrow I am sure if there is any left over in the first place.
