Some of the stuff like .270 Win, .223 WSSM, .300 WSM and .338 Lapua have that look of what appears to be a small projectile with a HUGE case diameter/length, but even those cartridges don't look that absurd. I'm not entirely certain that is a real cartridge. I could be wrong. If it is real my guess would be that it's someone's project for a custom cartridge, or perhaps a very rare niche market cartridge not widely used. OR, it could be a real cartridge and the picture is just extremely misleading.

Whoever made those had too much time. Looks cool and all, but someone may actually think it's possible. Kind of like someone that was arguing an AK47 was designed to shoot the 5.56 ammo just because someone showed him a 5.56 round can slip in the chamber. Well... before someone tells me to lighten up, I'll quit and here's the "LOL" for the 22/50 wildjoke.
