Funny story;
I was buying gun at my new residence in a free state and brought all kinds of secondary info. They laughed with me, because I only needed my license. 10 minutes and I walked out with two new firearms. I felt like something was wrong at first, and then realized I did not know what it felt like to be living life without shackles on. For you guys who are still here, freedom awaits

I understand all the "new" information needed but when I first asked California to drive in this state at 16.
They required that I have a birth certificate to prove who I am along with a parent, under 18 my signature was worthless.

What did they change?
A person that can not prove his identity can acquire a California Drivers License? Really ?

AB-60 changed all that, normal, legal folks still have to provide a birth certificate.

OP - yes, I got mine on Dec 28th - worked out fine.

Also, no one asked to see licence - new or old - during pickup - which is actually kind of concerning, after all the fuss.

Anyhow, the guy was nice and it all worked out. Now accessorizing my new mini 14.

Not with an Archangel stock or flash hider I hope! . You’ll make it more deadly and “assaulty” that way.
