Default 2A/Gun Rights help!

I need an attorney who is versed in 2A rights to help mitigate a divorce disaster. I have been stripped of my ability to maintain a firearm by a rogue judge and am hoping someone can point me in the direction of an attorney who can rectify the situation in the Southern California area. Thanks, in advance, for any help.

Are you sure that this was a case of a "Rogue Judge" and not simply a case of a judge issuing a Restraining Order?

Such comments on a public forum can be harmful to your case.

The best thing at this point is to step away from the keyboard, and confer with a qualified attorney. Jason Davis (if you're up north) and Chuck Michel (if you're down south) would be good starting points. If they can't handle your case, they can refer you to a well qualified attorney.

DavidSurf09...

Please don't talk about your case details, etc. here. Courteously,
please STFU for your own benefit.

Please PM me with your general locale and I can give you a few
pointers.

Depending on details, this may well require less of a gun lawyer
than a family law attorney, btw, and you may be told that.

As someone dealing with a legal nightmare for 3 weeks that I will likely deal with for another year or so to clear up and has already forced me to make life changing decisions, I can say RickD is absolutely correct.

Do not say anything to anyone publicly or privately related to your situation. You do not want to make complicate your attorney's job to represent you by having to constantly having to explain what you really meant or why you were upset and what you really meant. Every person you speak to is a potential witness against you. Do not put that person in a position to be called to testify against you.

Say nothing until you hire the attorney. Say nothing after you hire the attorney. Keep a very calm demeanor in public. Do not react emotionally to anything from the other side. Your attorney can be much more effective if he or she does not have to worry about how you will react while also dealing with the issue at hand. The time to vent is when you are alone with your attorney.

Ultimately, your opinion does not matter and counts for nothing. Facts are the only thing that matter. More importantly, only documented facts count and slights against you you will have to let go to demonstrate you are not being petty.

You are under a microscope and everything you do will be analyzed with a fine tooth comb. Act as if you are being video recorded or a private detective is following you all the time. Most of all, do not do anything stupid. Clear any actions with your attorney first.

My situation is not gun related but I am being accused of something I did not do and the main piece of evidence has been falsified and I have solid proof of who did it and why. I am upset but I have to let the system work and it works painfully slow.

A vote is clearly much more dangerous than a gun.

Why advocate restrictions on one right (voting) without comparable restrictions on another (self defense) (or, why not say 'Be a U.S. citizen' as the requirement for CCW)?

Rarely pointed out here, but disable/delete any and all social media you might have.

I have personally sat in family law court rooms and watched as pictures and posts from peoples Facebook page cost folks custody and get RO’s handed down.
