Default Geissele compatible with semi auto BCG?

I'm building a coyote rifle for my dad, and I installed a Geissele SSA-E trigger in the lower.

I just received a Rock River Arms coyote upper that includes a semi auto BCG. I put the upper on the lower and the bolt won't close all the way, it stops almost an inch from locking into battery.

I put one of my BCM BCGs in the upper and everything works fine. My question is this normal, are Geissele triggers not compatible with semi auto BCGs?

If not is it possible the trigger is installed wrong or the BCG is out of spec?

Little help fellows...

cock the hammer. It is probably standing up and in the way.
Other than that it is possible the gas key on the BCG is not lining up with the gas tube.
check to see if the BCG goes all the way into battery without the lower seated into the upper.

Pretty simple stuff, just take your time. You will figure it out.

I had a similar problem last week. It turned out that the complete BCG that I bought was missing a firing pin. This made my bolt stick in the same position that you mentioned. I don't know if this is your problem, but I do have the same trigger as you with a semi BCG, but on a JD lower.
