Default Magpul anti tilt followers

Anyone had trouble getting these to fit properly into certain brand mags? I have one brand of GI mag that seems to get stuck about 1/4" from the top of the mag where the follower should be. Would cause feeding problem with last round or two. It seems like the mag narrows at the top slightly more then other mags and restricts the Magpul follower from sliding all the way into the right position.

I had one that got snug about 1/4 from the top. It seemed to be at the front. I hit the tight spot of the follower with some fine sandpaper and it works great now. I didn't sand much, just a few passes.

Never had one get stuck, but I know they won't work with newer production Okay Ind. magazines because they changed the springs.

They seem to work ok with the OKAY mags and my Colt mags but the Center Industry ones all get hung up about 1/4 from the top.

I will try that but cant really tell where they are getting hung up. It is almost like the spring will not allow it all the way to the top

If you pull the follower and look at the front, you can see the point were the plastic was injected into the mold. There are also a couple mold parting lines. This is where mine was tight in the mag. I just smoothed off those parting lines.

Take a black sharpe to the edges of the follower as is sticks in the mag it will show you where the clearance issue is.
