Annie's has standard Tula 7.62 X 39 for $20.00 per box. Yes, that's 20 rounds per box . . . for $20.00 per box. They have a HUGE stack of it.

These are selling for $5.17 per box at Walmart. I'd rather spend maybe a dollar more, or so, to support a small gun shop than a Chinese wholesaler like Walmart.

And you get that jerk works behind the counter to boot. Man has no business working with the public.

C'mon Annie!!

I agree 100%... Went there 3 times so far and got rude service each time from the old man. Ended up walking out with nothing. I refuse to spend my hard earned money where I get bad customer service. Annie seems nice, but was always busy when I went there.

The prices there are pretty steep but what primarily drove me away from there is the old man's condescending attitude, I'd rather drive all the way to mountain view or San Jose than go there again, and I can literally walk to Annie's in 5 min!!

I try to stop by all the time since I'm local to Annie's. I've tried to leave there with at least one purchase every time to support my LGS. I'm not sure why so many people have had problems with said "Old Guy" but there are always more than one person working there. Ghost is great to work with, as is Chuck and Bobbi, and are typically there. Their ammo prices are fair, gun prices are on par with many of the other local stores, and they are in Fremont.

It is difficult for me to understand how business owners know there is at least a problem, but fail to solve it. Customer service is more important than price in many cases. I wont buy from some people just based on their attitude. The local gun store already has a disadvantage by not buying in quanity, which means higher pricing... so thier customer service has to be better than Dicks, Turners, Big 5, Wal-Mart ETC. Im not suggesting that anyone gets fired, but the least they can do is demand that all employees treat customers with the respect and dignity that their customers dollar deserves! And if not, well there is always Dicks lower price, better selection and personable sales " associate". By the way, i have never purchased a fire arm or ammo from DICKs, nor am I affiliated with them in anyway. That was just an example

Wow, I thought i was the only one with bad experienced from the old dude. I too live 5 min away, but have yet to buy anything from them. Did PPT there once and got really bad vibes from the old dude, and decided to go target masters instead.

Smile Sorry for the delay in responding.

I am sorry I have not been on in awhile, I have been swamped with the new building we are moving into in the spring and I have not had the time to answer my pm's if anyone has an problem, concern or comment for me you can email me at bobbie@annies-guns.com.I check it every morning. I do have ghost in charge of sales, and stock questions for the store. I am usually in and out of the store, so the phone in sometimes a challenge for me to answer questions, email is the best way to get in touch with me.

thanks Annie

Well, if you weren't such a clown maybe the old guy would treat you better.
