Default CA legal PMags - Gen 3 10/20 & Gen 2 .308 10/20 - SF Bay Area and will ship

Greetings CGers! Have a number of brand new Magpul Gen 3 10/20 Pmags as well as 10/20 Gen 2 .308/7.62 Pmags available for those who need AR-15 and AR-10 mags that conform to the new regulations that kicked in 1/1/2014. I bought the 20rd Pmags to use with my AR pistol, and decided I'm not going to continue with that platform going forwards. The .308/7.62 Pmags were never put to use as I found Gen 3 Pmags shortly after acquiring these.

*** please note that none of these have rivets or other aftermarket additions, besides the correct Gen limiters specifically manufactured for Magpul Pmags by Magazine Blocks. ***

Pricing for the Pmags with MagBlock limiters are as follows:

Gen 3 black 10/20 - $23 for 1, $45 for 2, $105 for 5

.308/7.62 black 10/20 - $30 for 1, $135 for 5 (first pic)

Gen 2 black 10/30 - SOLD OUT
Gen 2 OD (olive drab green) 10/30 - SOLD OUT
Gen 2 FDE - SOLD OUT

I am in the SF Bay Area and available for FTF transactions. Will also ship these via USPS or FedEx Ground. Please contact me via PM and feel free to leave a number I can text you at for faster communication. Please do not post to this thread.

Looking forward to helping out more CGers who need CA-legal Pmags.....

Please cite the legislation or case law that clearly states rivets and/or screws are the definition of "permanent modification"?

Yeah im Confused, i thought they already had to be riveted or glued in order to be able to sell them. Your saying you don't have rivets or screws on them so IDK maybe i read it wrong.

Dont they have to be permanently altered? If the block can be easily removed then that is not a permanent alteration but cosmetic one. I may be wrong. Not a lawyer or a cop. But im good with synonims.
