I like cases from Antec, would you believe it if I tell you an Antec case I bought in year 2000 is still in used today and it runs my server 24x7?

My main working computer uses a Antec P180, they have newer revisions of the P180 now, I think its like P183 or something like that. These are pretty big and heavy cases though, hope you're not planning to haul it to LAN parties or move it around frequently?

Impressive!!

Nope, I just want something that will keep everything cool and clean, but not be overly pricey. I check it out. Thanks

Any atx mid case will work just get what you think is cool. The noctua (3.1") and gpu (4.7") (+~1" for mobo) stick out the most and are your constraints asides from the mobo dimensions.

I like coolermaster cases. THey just seem NICER then a lot of others.

There is also another case, I think it is the Corsair Vengeance

http://www.corsair.com/vengeance-c70...ary-green.html

Nice looking case and I like how it is built.

RUN YOUR OPERATING SYSTEM ON A SSD DRIVE.(INTEL 330 SERIES 60GB, TOSHIBA IS A LITTLE FASTER) AND YOU WILL BE FLYING. I SEE THIS IS FOR GAMING. WHY WOULD YOU NEED 2 1TB HARD DRIVES. ARE YOU GOING TO RAID AND OVERCLOCK. ARE YOU GOING TO MIRROR THE DRIVES?

I like cooler master and Antec also.

Whatever I get, I always look for cooling vents, especially on top for exhaust and bottom or side for GPU.

2 intake vents in front, 1 power fan in rear to exhaust, 1 intake on bottom (for GPU intake), window(no vents) on side, 1-2 exhaust on top, PSU on TOP. Detachable HD slot on top. At least 4 CD/DVD/Blue Ray/music tuner/usb/flash drive on front. Would be my perfect case next to water cooled.

Yeah I was wondering on the two 1tb HDD as well. If I rebuilt my system (or just added an SSD) I would run my OS off of an SSD as well.

Nice cheap case. $38. Free PSU (500watt)

I own two of these: Fractal Design Define R4 Black Pearl w/ USB 3.0 ATX Mid Tower Silent PC Computer Case. Lots of room. Good airflow. Noise reduction.

Bought my son one of these: Corsair Vengeance Series C70 Military Green Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case. Good for net parties.

If you havent gotten your case yet, a friend of mine has a brand new Cooler Master Stacker 830 ( All aluminum/removable M/B tray/full sized tower ) that was hand airbrush painted by Smooth Creations ( https://www.facebook.com/SmoothCreations http://www.smoothcreationsonline.com/ )

http://www.hardwaresecrets.com/print...ler-Master/514

They retailed from 900 to 1300 bucks for the case alone, Newegg had this particular one CX-830GRFL-01-GP for 999 ( http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811119174 )

He only wants 250 for it, it's brand new...never built... still has the factory blue shipping tape holding the bays closed and boxes with the wheels/standoffs/etc .

It was actually labeled with the Nvidia badges at Smooth Creations ( http://csx.coolermaster-usa.com/ click Gallery....scroll all the way down...click the green flame pic to see the actual Nvidia badged version ), so if you are an Nvidia fan it's awesome.

Can get pics on Thursday in San Jose if interested.

I also have one of these. The power light is awful bright; too bright to be left on at night in a room you are sleeping in. That's easy enough to cover or disconnect but it makes you wonder what they were thinking. It's still a big case; if I was doing it again I would probably go micro ATX because I don't have any need for giant video cards or other space fillers; who uses eight drive bays?

Nzxt cases sickness. I have the first generation phantom and love it. If you want reviews though, check out maximum pc. Great magazine.

@bolton: dude, building systems is crazy easy now since you don't have to mess with much unless you want to oc. Btw,those are awesome components you're using. I would ask if you're sure that you only want to use one ssd for your system. I have one for my os and one for gaming. I have a 1tb drive for storage though. Ssd drives have a limited writes. Not sure if things have changed but just something to think about.

Didn't know about the limited write. I am going to use the ssd for the operating system, and games/programs. I have a HDD that I was going to use for storage. I ordered all the parts Friday, so I can't wait for them to get here. Thanks for the heads up.
