She's a girl with a C&R gun! It's what this thread is all about!

How about a whole bundle of Curio & Relic ARs...

Peggy Cummins in Gun Crazy (1950). She gave a talk on stage at this year's Film Noir Festival in San Francisco. She looked really good for an 87 year old.

I have this poster hanging in my shooting room. Figured it was an appropriate comment on the situation there.

One year late to the convo, but the way they are set up, the cardboard tubes are filled with bullets. The normal loading hole in the magazine would face straight down, but there were modified or OEM "gallery gun" versions of these pumps which were chambered for .22 short and had a larger traingular cutout hole in the mag tube rotated so that it was near the barrel so bullets would be cradled between the mag tube and barrel as you let gravity feed them into the mag from the cardboard tube. The most popular was bruceflinchmeister's Winchester 1890 which later became the 1906 and eventually the 62/62A.

And - who was the genius behind this popular super-fun gun? It was designed by none other than John Moses Browning!

My first 62A was such a hoot to shoot, I had to get a second so I can be sure my kids won't have to fight over just one when I'm dead. There are one of the few guns that I wish were still in production. This is one of them. Most modern pumps are a crude abomination in comparison. If you have the opportunity, don't pass on a Winchester 62A. A design over 120 years old that remains unsurpassed today.

In my dreams I find a pre-1940 at a garage sale...

I'm not sure a future/alien laser rifle can be considered C&R, but it is definitely MilSurp!

Hey THBailey. What part of "C&R" don't you understand? The "C" or the "R"?
