Probably the NorCal roll call in is slow, because we have four NorCal Chapters now, and they each have their own roll calls.

But there's still lots of room for growth in NorCal, anyone want to start another chapter?

Whichever is closer to you is the one to choose. San Jose maybe? And I think there's a small but active group in the Monterey area. Read thru the Norcal Forum threads and see what's happening in your area.

Modesto here. None of the 4 chapters really appeal to me. Sacramento is the closest that I'd drive to (traffic and all), but I'd much rather see a the old Northern Central Valley become available again. It'd be nice to define what cities that means (and which ones are excluded as they have their own areas, like Sac).

I am stuck between Modesto, Turlock, Manteca....

Nothing appeals to me because of the driving.

Perhaps Northern Central Valley should include all of San Joaquin and Stanislaus Counties?

It's not dead, people are still posting in it. I started the thread because we had no area close to any of us. I think that the north central valley is really what we are considered. I believe majority of us are from the Stockton, Tracy, ripon, salida, Modesto, escalon, oakdale, patterson, valley springs, linden, manteca, lathrop area. There are lots of us here. No one has the time to become a c3 for the area though. We are all commuters. Lol

It does, monkey209 said San Joaquin and Stanislaus. I made sure Calaveras was not excluded. It is definitely part of our area, and has been included from the get go.

I'm in Merced. Wouldn't mind finding some people to shoot with!
